Good shoe for working on your feet

I bought these on the rec from my podiatrist. I have severely flat feet and work 12 hours shifts on my feet. These have been good shoes (I also have custom made orthodics in each shoe to help with arch support) I have plantar fasciitis and in these shoes I am pain free at the end of 12 hours which is more than I can say for all my previous shoes. They are a bit bulky and feel like boats sometimes but comfort is great!

Ariel for Overpronators

I have been a loyal Brook's Addiction runner for several years now. They really helped stabilize my feet and decreased the pain in my hips caused by over-pronation. Unfortunately, the company "improved" this model and made them much less effective. In an effort to find shoes that worked, I tried the Ariel model since it was recommended for runners who over-pronate. I found that these shoes are much better for motion control than the Addiction 9 (and newer) models, but still are not as effective as the Addiction were. I also found they break down pretty quickly (after 100 miles, the Ariel needed to be replaced). Other than the motion control issue, these shoes are comfortable, well cushioned, and breathe well.

Great shoe

Great shoes! I have terrible feet (overpronation, bunions, arch pain), which are starting to cause knee and hip pain. These shoes fit so well and are instantly comfortable. The toe box is roomy, yet the heel is secure. I don't have any pain when I wear these shoes.
