I had been running in Asic Gel GT2160's and Kayana for many years. Well, I decided to switch to the Brook Dyad after I tried it on at the local running shop. Wow!! Totally different feel and in a good way. This Dyad fits so nice, surrounding my foot with lots of support and cushioning. I am an older runner (50's) and need cushioning for my joints. This shoe cushions my knees like no other. Definitely put this shoe on your list if you want a nice fit with great support and good cushioning. As a training shoe it is hard to beat. Well worth the investment.

I have tried many running shoes in the past from New Balance, Saucony, Nike and many others and I am happy to report that the BROOKS Dyad 7 shoe is the most comfortable and best fitting running shoe I have EVER tried. The padding in the footbed and heel area is the best I have seen. It is like walking on air! I have a medium foot with wide toes and find that these shoes offer more toe room than others. I purchased a 2E (wide) and they fit great while many other shoes I have purchased in the past in a 2E still cramped my toes. This is the best pair of running shoes I have ever purchased. And oh yeah... they look good too!
