I got these insoles because I have extremely flat feet and was experiencing chronic shin splints. The product first off arrived on time! And has really helped with my shin splints. I run about three miles every other day and do zumba and between both activities I haven't experienced the pain since using these!

Great Runing Shoe

These shoes are great! I have wide, flat feet with low arches and I was experiencing foot pain when walking or running. These shoes fit me perfectly and give my feet great support. The Addiction 8 has great cushioning and it comes in wide sizes. It was the perfect choice for me. Now, I have no problems with foot pains.Yes, I would recommend this to a friend.

Very comfortable

I bought these shoes on reccommendation of my Podiatrist - no wonder he makes the big bucks because he was right! I was having problems with plantar facisitis (or whatever) and also pain on the back/side of my knee. After I got these the pain was gone after wearing them for a day or two. They are so comfortable and offer great support even after walking all day. I will buy another pair for sure - they are GREAT!

Doesn't have the same Arch support as the Addiction 7's

edit:After 2 months I gave up running with these shoes. I bought these in 12ee vs 12M with the addiction 7. This was to accommodate for the narrower fit. It's still too narrow and cuts into the side of my foot, the reduced heal and arch support is giving me hamstring issues. I've gone back to my older Addiction 7's until I can get an expert fitting at my local running store. If you loved the Addiction 7's you may not like the 8's as much.Original Review:These are still very comfortable shoes and I like them, but they don't have the same level of arch support that the addiction 7's had. I could feel the difference immediately after putting them on. Having run on them for a month now, I can say the lesser support hasn't caused any problems, but I miss the snugger fit at the arch that I had with my addiction 7's. This issue could be related to the slightly wider shoe size I went with. I went wider to compensate for the smaller toe box. I might need to go to the running shop and get professionally fitted again, it's possible I went to wide.

I lost $ for this product your sizing info needs to change as I bout this for my daughter who wears 7 bought 7.5 as she is a growing teenager, however item was still to small, I had to give shoes away as it will be super expensive to mail back for a repalcement

Saved my shins!

This is the second pair of these insoles I have purchased this year. The first ones I bought while training for a marathon. Training was almost to a halt due to shin splints and I was only able to run if wearing compression sleeves on both legs. After a few days of running with the insoles, I was able to run without pain and in a couple of weeks I even removed the compression sleeves. These insoles work great and I bought the second set for my alternate running shoes so both pairs always ready to go!

Wonderful product

I have tried many insoles. I picked this one up from a vendor at a 7K run event. You have to be measured correctly for these to analyze your arch and foot posture. I love my set of Currex mediums. While they are pricy, if properly fit, they are VERY comfortable and well made. For my running and walking shoes this is THE BEST!

Have tried other thicker inserts, but the thin profile of these offer more comfort while providing support. it was worth the extra $$$.

Comfortable, pretty and good price

I bought it for my son. He is 9 years old and the second year to do the track. Last year, he saw many boys used spikes in the final race so he wants one this year. At first I tried to buy Asics because I heard many good things from this brand. But the price is a little higher. He just uses the spike most likely few times and then needs another size next year. So I try to find one in reasonable price for him. Then I saw this Brooks spike, very pretty and match his navy and white team shirt. Price is great, just 32.25. Only the size is from 5. My son's size is 4. It made me hesitate until I read the size recommendation in Brooks.com. They suggest to buy half size bigger of this spike. I decided to try and it really a little bigger for my son. I think 4.5 is fit him but even 5 is okay. He put the spike on last week for practice and said it was very comfortable and help him run faster.

Great Shoes, size difference

These are great spikes and they were in great condition when i got them.I owned a pair of Brooks Mach XC spikes before these and i bought these the same size as those, however, they were slightly smaller than the ones i previously owned. I was okay with this though because i felt that those spikes were to big for my feet.Overall great shoe!
